Can you give me a refund on international customs fees?

We're not liable for additional international taxes & duty fees in your country.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes - you can reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll should be able to modify your order if production hasn't started yet.

How long will my order take to ship?

Usually, shipping will take approximately 5-7 working days after your pieces have been made. Expect it to come within two weeks, barring any shipping delays.

Where are your pieces manufactured?

Aegyo Apparel pieces are currently manufactured in Los Angeles, North Carolina, and Latvia. All designs are Graphic Designed with Borahae in Los Angeles.

Can I Get A Free Shirt?

You definitely can! We'll be running multiple giveaways, so we'd highly suggest checking your emails and following us on Social Media.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get an exchange if I ordered the wrong size/color?

We do our best to provide size-charts for our items, so before you place an order, please review the size-charts carefully.

Since our items are made-to-order, we won't be able to take exchanges - sorry!

What if I put in the wrong address, or my package gets lost/stolen in the mail?

We're not liable for packages sent to the wrong address, missing packages, or parcel carrier delays.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, we do not accept returns as all items are made-to-order.

Contact us at annyeong@aegyoapparel.com if your items are damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty. We'll review these faulty items on a case-by-case basis. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if I impulsively bought my Aegyo Apparel order drunk on 3 bottles of soju at 1:45AM in the club and regret it the morning after?

We promise you won't regret your order but we won't be able to offer you a refund πŸ™
